At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

During major sales, festive periods, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

4–7 Business Days

While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive:

• Tracking Link

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our support team.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.

JYUN cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.

To help ensure successful delivery, please keep your phone available once your order is out for delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Prepaid Orders Only

JYUN currently accepts prepaid orders only.

This allows us to:

• Offer free shipping across India

Delayed Deliveries

Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
