Return & Exchange Policy

At JYUN, every garment is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We hope you love every piece you receive.

However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before initiating a request.

 

 

Exchange Eligibility

We offer one-time exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size received

  • Size doesn't fit as expected

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product delivered

All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

Size Exchanges

Finding the perfect fit matters.

If you'd like to exchange your garment for a different size:

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

  • The requested size is subject to stock availability.

  • If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose either:

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • Store credit for future purchases.

Each order is eligible for one size exchange only.

 

 

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

We do not accept returns simply because:

  • You changed your mind.

  • You no longer require the product.

  • The colour appears slightly different due to screen settings.

  • The product was purchased during a clearance or final sale (if applicable).

 

 

Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be free from perfume, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

Items failing our quality inspection may be returned to the customer without approval for exchange or refund.

 

 

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Include the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Registered Email Address

  • Contact Number

  • Product Name

  • Reason for the request

  • Clear photographs of the product (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

 

 

Reverse Pickup

If your request is approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available through our courier partners.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, we'll request you to ship the product to the address provided by our support team. In such cases, reasonable shipping charges may be reimbursed upon submission of a valid shipping receipt.

 

 

Quality Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, it undergoes a quality inspection to verify:

  • Product condition

  • Original tags

  • Packaging

  • Eligibility under our Return & Exchange Policy

Inspection generally takes 2–3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse.

 

 

If the Requested Size is Unavailable

If the replacement size is out of stock, you'll have the option to choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit that can be used for a future purchase.

We'll always confirm your preferred option before processing it.

 

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Products without original tags

  • Washed or worn garments

  • Altered products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Promotional or complimentary items

 

 

Exchange Dispatch

Once your exchange is approved and the returned product passes inspection, your replacement order will usually be dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability.

You'll receive a new tracking link once it has been shipped.
